Justin helped us buy a house in one of the toughest buying climates agents have ever seen. Despite low inventories, soaring prices and multiple bidders, we were able to buy a brand new house for UNDER asking price. Some of the reasons we enjoyed working with Justin so much: 1) Attention to detail. Every single piece of paperwork we signed or submitted was carefully analyzed for accuracy. It gave us a ton of confidence. 2) Quick to reply. Justin replied to every inquiry we had, day or night, in very short order. He knew that time could be of the essence when trying to make an offer and was available early in the AM and well into the evening. 3) Willingness to show several houses. It took us months to find a house and Justin showed us tons of homes...during the week, Saturdays, Sunday, evenings, etc. He never balked or complained and we looked at like 40 houses!!! 4) He learned what we wanted and really took our needs into account. His service felt very personalized and made us feel like VIPs. 5) He didn't stop working once the offer was accepted. Justin worked diligently with the selling agent and the inspection crew to make sure repairs were made before we moved in. He also did HIS OWN INSPECTION REPORT and made several observations that the inspection team missed. Overall, we were THRILLED with the level of service we received.
